Immediate opening: powder coating technician (Arkansas)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Sharp County, Arkansas. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens The role involves: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
