Immediate opening: we are hiring a glass cutter in Leon County, Florida. On a typical shift you will install mirrors, shower screens and glass balustrades; read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts; glaze shopfronts, curtain walls and glass partitions; work safely at height on scaffolds and ladders; grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris; cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers. Requirements: • Aware of safe glass handling and PPE such as cut-resistant gloves • Skilled with silicone guns, putty and glazing tools Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift.
