Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Williamson County, Illinois. The role involves set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
