Powder coating line operator wanted in Uvwie

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Uvwie, Delta State. The role involves: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Full-time with occasional weekends.
