Immediate opening: we are hiring a sausage maker in Roni, Jigawa State. The job is at a halal meat counter. You will break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; season and marinate meat on request; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. What we are looking for: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate 3+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
