Great opportunity: sausage maker (Ogun State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a sausage maker in Odeda, Ogun State. Requirements: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Your main tasks: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights Rotating shifts.
