Immediate opening: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Wright County, Iowa. On a typical shift you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Six days a week, one day off.
