Great opportunity: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Walker County, Texas. You should have: • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard Day to day you will clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel.
