Vacancy available: we are hiring a presser in Hall County, Nebraska. The role involves remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics. What we are looking for: • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment 5+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Pay around $2,500 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
