Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat You will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare the mise en place before each service; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in.
