Join our team: pastry baker (Akwa Ibom State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pastry baker in Ibeno, Akwa Ibom State. You will be based in a hotel pastry kitchen. Day to day you will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Food handler / hygiene certificate Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. Contact us to fix an interview.
