Meat cutter wanted in Kabba/Bunu

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat cutter in Kabba/Bunu, Kogi State. You will be based at a wholesale meat market. On the job you will handle: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife Ideal candidate: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
