Grill cook — Keana

Vacancy available: we are hiring a grill cook in Keana, Nasarawa State. The role involves: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure 4+ years on the tools preferred.
