Join our team: we are hiring a head baker in Washington County, Utah. You will be based at a busy bakery. The role involves laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • 2+ years' experience as a baker At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $4,600 per month, based on your experience.
