Vacancy available: deboner (Arkansas)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a deboner in Izard County, Arkansas. You should have: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Day-to-day duties: • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder We offer $24 per hour plus benefits. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
