We are recruiting: we are hiring a cook in Kankia, Katsina State. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays On a typical shift you will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare the mise en place before each service; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. ₦10,500 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
