System formwork carpenter — Bebeji

Great opportunity: we are hiring a system formwork carpenter in Bebeji, Kano State. You will be based on a residential tower site. On the job you will handle: • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking What we are looking for: • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
