Fettler — Nwangele

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fettler in Nwangele, Imo State. You will work on the moulding line. The role involves: • Check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch Requirements: • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards Full-time with occasional weekends.
