Join our team: we are hiring a cake decorator in Ukwa West, Abia State. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics You will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
