Grill cook — Stearns County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a grill cook in Stearns County, Minnesota. The job is in a hospital or office canteen. Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Day to day you will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; prepare the mise en place before each service; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down.
