Urgent requirement: we are hiring a canteen cook in Treutlen County, Georgia. The job is in a hotel kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate 6+ years on the tools preferred.
