Vacancy available: short order cook (Texas)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a short order cook in Dimmit County, Texas. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. The role involves label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Part-time with flexible hours.
