Requirements: • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) Day to day you will strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray. 1+ years on the tools preferred. $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
