Toolroom milling operator — Gubio

Vacancy available: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Gubio, Borno State. Day-to-day duties: • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance Requirements: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
