Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking On a typical shift you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in.
