Short order cook — Madison County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a short order cook in Madison County, Florida. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat On the job you will handle: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $5,500 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
