Join our team: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Mariga, Niger State. You will work on a structural steel site. Requirements: • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols On a typical shift you will weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. ₦115,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
