Short order cook wanted in Abeokuta North

Now hiring: we are hiring a short order cook in Abeokuta North, Ogun State. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Day-to-day duties: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases Full-time with occasional weekends.
