Halal butcher wanted in Hardin County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a halal butcher in Hardin County, Illinois. The job is at a wholesale meat market. You should have: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths You will sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; season and marinate meat on request. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $5,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
