Electrostatic spray painter wanted in Chambers County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Chambers County, Texas. You will work in a busy paint shop. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth The role involves reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. Rotating shifts. Pay around $28 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
