You will torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs; seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing; nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses; replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates; hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater. What we are looking for: • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate We offer $3,600 per month plus benefits.
