Line cook wanted in Darazo

Vacancy available: we are hiring a line cook in Darazo, Bauchi State. Day-to-day duties: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets 1+ years on the tools preferred.
