Great opportunity: chef de partie (Madhya Pradesh)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a chef de partie in Panna, Madhya Pradesh. The role involves marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; prepare the mise en place before each service. You should bring able to read and follow recipes and dockets; able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies; good teamwork and clear communication under pressure. Six days a week, one day off.
