Tower crane operator • Smith County, Texas

Immediate opening: we are hiring a tower crane operator in Smith County, Texas. You will be based in a warehouse fitted with overhead cranes. Ideal candidate: • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • A good head for heights for tower crane work Your main tasks: • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
