What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers You will break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder.
