Urgent requirement: we are hiring a baker in Katcha, Niger State. The role involves: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. ₦1,100 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
