Great opportunity: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Buffalo County, Nebraska. You will work at a cake shop. Your main tasks: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to work early-morning and night shifts At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
