Immediate opening: we are hiring an automotive refinish painter in Stark County, Ohio. The job is at a dealership paint shop. You will sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs. Requirements: • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners Six days a week, one day off.
