Immediate opening: we are hiring a café server in Madison County, Illinois. You will work in a five-star hotel. Ideal candidate: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Day to day you will take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; clear and reset tables between covers; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
