Great opportunity: we are hiring a scullery hand in Jorhat, Assam. The job is in a catering unit. Requirements: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure On the job you will handle: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method ₹56,000 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
