CNC milling operator — Fort Bend County

Join our team: we are hiring a CNC milling operator in Fort Bend County, Texas. You will be based at a precision engineering workshop. On the job you will handle: • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm Requirements: • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade 2+ years on the tools preferred.
