Vacancy available: we are hiring a formwork erector in Gwer West, Benue State. What we are looking for: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing The role involves: • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss Full-time with occasional weekends.
