Now hiring: we are hiring a grill cook in Ivo, Ebonyi State. You will work at a fast-food outlet. On the job you will handle: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate 1+ years on the tools preferred.
