Immediate opening: we are hiring a meat cutter in Wudil, Kano State. You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry On the job you will handle: • Season and marinate meat on request • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date Full-time with occasional weekends. We offer ₦70,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
