Confectioner wanted in Talata Mafara

We are recruiting: we are hiring a confectioner in Talata Mafara, Zamfara State. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. On a typical shift you will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • 2+ years' experience as a baker At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided.
