Counter butcher wanted in Ayamelum

Vacancy available: we are hiring a counter butcher in Ayamelum, Anambra State. You should have: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Day to day you will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
