Immediate opening: we are hiring a fry cook in Nelson County, Virginia. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. Your main tasks: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
