On the job you will handle: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required 1+ years on the tools preferred.
