Now hiring: we are hiring a bread baker in Chamoli, State of Uttarakhand. You will work at a busy bakery. Your main tasks: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer We are looking for familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens; able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen; knowledge of dough fermentation and proving.
