Grill cook wanted in Makarfi

Join our team: we are hiring a grill cook in Makarfi, Kaduna State. The job is in a hospital or office canteen. The role involves prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; prepare the mise en place before each service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. ₦11,000 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
